What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership within my direct contact are very knowledgable people with a passion for thw work we do. Every is always just a phone call away and always open and willing to help with any needs. They take time to mentor and instill the knowledge need to perform job duties and also encourge growth

I was an internal promotion. If I was making as much as street hires, I would feel better. I make almost 20k less than some.

They pay minimum wage but work the employees twice that. The management never praises you, only puts you down (even when you do a good job) so you don't value or feel good about yourself.
