I don't make a living wage for the city I live in. I am positive I do more work than people the same title as me, but I am paid the same and don't have a better title. The benefits are good, but expensive. I would like to earn bonuses, have better title, be compensated for the work I do.

I really appreciate that the company is run/founded by women. Although diversity is an issue (as with all tech companies), it is something that the exec team is clearly focused on changing. I see this as an extremely positive move.
