What is the best part about your compensation package?
The opportunity to own equity in the company is always a nice incentive. PTO is also great!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our department's labor is undervalued. I would feel better if I made $25 an hour.

When I got a promotion it didn't seem like the compensation was in line with the title bump / increased responsibilities.

If it was market value for what is actually needed to be successful for the role. We would attract and retain highly qualified candidates and not hire less than qualified candidates (which invariably lead to high turnover and more overall cost to the company).

I don't make a living wage for the city I live in. I am positive I do more work than people the same title as me, but I am paid the same and don't have a better title. The benefits are good, but expensive. I would like to earn bonuses, have better title, be compensated for the work I do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really appreciate that the company is run/founded by women. Although diversity is an issue (as with all tech companies), it is something that the exec team is clearly focused on changing. I see this as an extremely positive move.

I liked that it included not just my immediate boss but the heads of the department. It shows that there is care put into the process and an investment in bringing on good candidates
