What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair base and great commission payouts. They are timely which is key.

The flexibility to pick and choose a unique compensation package that's tailored to my current and future needs and goals. I've been in a position where this wasn't an option for me in previous roles, and in reflecting on that experience, I greatly appreciate HRSoft's compensation package.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The cross functional collaboration. There are a lot of moving pieces with SaaS products and HRSoft does a really great job of bringing upgrades or roadmap items to life. The activities that we do as a company in person are also super fun.

The top-down transparency. I feel that KPIs and OKRs are continuously communicated and resources are offered to ensure all feel comfortable with individual, team, and organizational goals. Another positive is HRSoft's commitment and follow-through to growing its people from a human lens.
