Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am part time, I don't get much in useful benefits. They did implement a 10% discount on shopping at the store but took away the .99 employee meals.

I couldn't be hired as a full timer they kept me at 38 hours a week, so I wasn't able to get maternity leave either.

I think 9.50 is low pay and I didn't get any benefits really only the meals at hy-vee cost a few dollars less for employees.

Kind hardworking small group, lots of stress for us when we have no help, but we manage to pull it off.
