Horrible, they literally take as much help from us but don’t try to help out their employees, only care about the money. I’m a GY CC and I recently got put as a server in the schedule without notice. I tried calling my GM but he won’t answer due to “I want him to talk to me in person”

Stop undervaluing the people you do not work with. (Overnight staff)

There is no leadership, server got promoted to an Assistant for being friends with the General Manager

Stop Hiring teens to work overnight, they all have high school the next day and R/O too often
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I literally do better than what most managers do here and get paid the same as a new hire manager.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop hiring teens to work overnight, we currently have around 5 teens all going to school, all 17 years old, and most of them without reliable transportation.
