What are some of the best things about your team?
The few cooks that actually work (3 of us) work together really well and some of the servers are pretty awesome
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better management our managers don't listen to anything we say if we don't speak Spanish and we have tried to tell them time and time again what's wrong and they just don't care
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fair treatment of all employees better pay for those of us who do work someone who actually knows how to do the orders for the week hire people that know the job not just friends and family that can't do anything so they put more work on us
