The servers get through the day however they can and always seem to be smiling through whatever is going on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The kitchen seemed like they could get away with anything they wanted to and they knew it. This meant front of the house employees just had to deal with whatever they did. As a mod in training they just threw me wherever and even made me work full manager shifts while in "training".
