Being Management. Get your employees ready to work in the restaurant before they actually work. I got my onboarding info almost 3 weeks after i started .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I dont know what im supposed to get as an employee of ihop Because I wasn't informed. I was hired an told to come to work the next day
