What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Start off by saying that one of the 2 busboys do not do anything but walk around and stay in the bathroom. The hosts cant even take orders on the phone and the servers do it. The cooks take forever to take food out and cant even read the tickets right. Always missing something.
