The fact that i started that weekend after a 5 minute interview for a position i didnt apply for

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Sandra, Deb, and Dom always harrass those who don't fit their beliefs. Dom has touched other females, Sandra and Deb have asked if my fiance has a fiance and told me he isn't a trans male if he does. They randomly bring him up and ask inappropriate questions.
