
I have a small handful of coworkers that actually work together as a team to ensure that everyone gets their work done and gets their breaks. Overall though it's dysfunctional at best. I've worked here for a total of a year and a half have never had a team meeting
There is no compensation package. We are only allotted sick leave by state mandate, and have to jump through hoops just to actually use it; we get paid minimum wage, and have a significant portion of work that doesn't apply to the possibility of tipped wage, we have to sign for breaks we don't take
