I retire at the end of year after working 8 years. Work Thanksgiving, Christmas the last week of December. I work the whole last quarter thinking I would receive that quarter bonus I work for it .l was told I wasn't a employee anymore even though I work for it. That to me is the most injustice
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nothings 2 manager when you need 3 for manager could work less and receive family time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They never even reach out to me after a month notice. No exit interview. A month notice no one reach out Andy Silver ask my G.M.to see if I could stay longer if you ask me his management skills are out dated.
