Our team is ok for the last part there are a few things that could be worked on

I love work and I always to my job to the best of my abilities no matter what all I want is happy customers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My in house management is awesome for the most part! Now the higher ups could spend some time in the restaurant with the employees and get a better view
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Servers should make more then 2.13 an HR cost of living had gone up so has minimum wage but server pay has been the same for at least 12 years
