Leading by example and talking to employees like human beings.

Employees should be valued, without us the company has nothing.

Respecting fellow employees. Considering others who have children and bills just like they do.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There needs to be follow thru. If an employee has an issue they should be listened to.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The IHOP I worked for treated newer employees unfairly. The managers would allow other employees to come in on their days off and take over someone elses shift. It was impossible to make a living as a Server. I went to other Managers about this issue on behalf of myself and others with no results.
