Servers work together really hard to ensure everyone is having an easier time. If one is busy another will help pick up pace and viceversa

When my customers are happy with the service and food it makes my job more enjoyable. When I meet happy people that's the best part
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all have the same goal: make the customers happy, make money and go home. We work hard together to ensure these three things are acheived at best of ease
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Servers are paid $2.13 an hour and taxed on it but we carry a lot of weight in our stores. We clean the tables and make sure the restaraunt is presentable, stock condiments & beverages, and we are the representation of the store at a majority. The customers come back based on how we treat them..
