Way overworked for not enough pay!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leading! Teaching! Guiding! Managing! Coaching! Caring! Humility!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They need to be more open-minded. Care a little more for their employees!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Way too much put on us! We are always understaffed and no real management! No guidance!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Communication and having meetings so that we would all be on the same page! There's so much confusion and chaos at work! We are open 24/7 365! There is no consistency and everyone thinks they're are in charge! No teamwork because there's no coach!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

More stronger managers! Consistency! Communication! Our managers never come off the grill line! We servers are left to fend for ourselves then when we make a decision on our own because we have no guidance, we get in trouble for making a decision that had to be made quickly! We need more managers!
