The GM’s are horrible people but as long as they bring in numbers it’s ok. Turnover is atrocious.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company undervalues good Molly era and rewards bad ones. I was an assistant manager for them. There are absolutely no benefits! I trained 150 miles from home. I did not get paid mileage or travel time. They did pay for my hotel but only after a fight. The GM’s they employ are horrible people.
