Be more patient and understanding of the employees, and maybe have meetings with us to solve any problems going on

The people are positive and bright and the customers are as well, most of the time and we have fun

The pay is the lowest is can be so I'd like to be paid more and we should get raises every few months and better benefits

We are a happy creative bunch and most of us are like family, we are a effective team when we put our mind to it and we can get alot accomplished
