I liked how the manager interviewing me already saw me potentially in the management team.

I like that I'm able to be a part of it, but otherwise, it's pretty bad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if I work harder than some staff members, but am not compensated accordingly.
