The most positive are the sweet customers and my coworkers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Overall morning crew is being put against night crew. Also an equal chance to make good money

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I don’t even know where to start. Some of our executive team yell at night crew and threaten their jobs because of things morning didn’t do. Night crew has been disrespected since day one of our opening.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

None of the higher ups at my store respect the night crew. We get yelled at for things morning should be doing. I would like to have some form of raise because might crew does all the work but less pay.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The night crew has always been very sweet and kind to me, however, morning crew is the opposite. They have been made to feel bigger and better than night so they have decided they have the right to be disrespectful to us
