The part where I was informed of expectations which I agreed with.
The employees that work hard and have a sense of humor to go along with an awesome work ethic
We communicate effictively and depend on each other plenty which is great but a lot of that is because we don't have our supervisor's support or help in any aspect
I think they need to play an active role in the front and back of the house to see where employees can improve their work ethic to have a better team to ensure a better dining experience for the customers.
For starters some employees don't do their job with pride and it leaves other employees having to pick up their slack which puts a burden and eventually burns those employees out. One way that could improve is by management putting more effort into the hiring process and letting go the slackers
Servers depend a lot on their tips and when a tip pool is put in place that takes $100+ out of your pocket it feels like the employer is taking money out of the employees pocket to put into theirs. They need to give the hosts and cooks raises so that they don't depend on the server tips instead
