Some of the waitresses see and appreciate my work but the cooks for some reason have a problem with me.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are all constantly fighting with each other, there are employees who ignore direction, constant complaints about food, we are under-staffed, and our manager walked out on us last weekend.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Respecting all employees, treat them fairly, do not ridicule them, do not yell at them, do not single them out and attempt to fire them for the same thing everyone else is doing, talk to employees about what they might be doing wrong instead of talking behind their backs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because tips are not being distributed evenly, I am being bullied and singled out for very miniscule aspects such as "not scraping every plate". Also I am helping out and doing the best I can. I would just like some respect from the people I work with and to be treated fairly.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need to stop making fun of me. Also they are allowed to eat on the clock and I was specifically told not to.They are so much nicer to each other than they are to me. They qre constantly on their phones and talking when work needs to be done. I was singled out for "having a 5 minute conversation
