Actually getting minimum wage when I make less than 7.25 an hour
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing. Leaving with decent cash, which covid has destroyed. Im here cause its better than nothing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being respectful, actually paying minimum wage. I get 2.13 an hour, but I was under the impression if i worked 9 hours and made 20 bucks, an adjustment would be made to make my pay 7.25 an hour. NOPE. Does not happen.
