What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The kitchen staff are all lovely people but they just struggle they’re ticket times are WOW ! The kitchen need help, needs more workers back there, at the moment we have 2 cook
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More staff! More staff! more staff! We need cooks. We are still on Covid seating capacity due to not having the staff to fill every table. We have the servers but even with sitting half the restaurant kitchen still struggles to keep up. We run hour to hour & 40 min waits at the door. Too much!!!!
