Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued but our benefits are expensive

I work so many hours doing the paperwork involved with my job and it is done at the end of my day 2-3 hours mores than my regular scheduled day of 6-7 pt’s which is at least 8-9 hours in a day.

Company preaches quality over quanity, but those are their words and not their actions,

Seeing fewer pt’s per day so I can complete all the paperwork within an acceptable timeframe so I can stop feeling so overwhelmed. Hiring more staff.
