The collaborative and continual learning cultural foundation are what I find most appealing to me.
KPMG has a focus on community. Volunteer hours, groups you are encouraged to join that are about topics you are interested in. Positivity is a choice they make all the time and it is built into the structure and culture at KPMG.
Very toxic from leadership but other employees are fine. Leadership doesn't set clear expectations and use them consistently across the board.

Some partners are actively involved with team. However, upper leadership makes decisions and partners input no longer seeme to be valued.
I am surrounded by intelligentsia. The people I work with are very intelligent and knowledgeable. The collaboration culture really works.
Our teams are committed to our values. They are smart and hard working and care about our clients.
