Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was constantly harassed and forces to come in on my days off and made to stay until close to 9pm or layer some nights after being there at 9am.

I think the pay should be higher, especially a shift differential for overnight work, but it seems pretty standard
