What do you like best about the leadership team?
Yang Yuanqing doesn't hide behind his desk in his office. He socializes with the employees at sales meetings and other big events.

401k matching is good, stock is weak though.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Managers and directors play "favorites" and only promote their favorite employees, even when those favorites do less work, etc... Lots of brown nosing.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Some team members really do work hard, but others slack off a LOT. I saw a team member watching streaming golf tournaments on their PCs, while another was surfing the web for 80% of the day. They also arrived no earlier than 10:00am, even when the manager said to be here at 9:00am.
