What do you like best about the leadership team?

How Executive Leadership listens to culturally equitable challenges impacting diversity. An improvement would be demonstrating at that same level actions resulting in alignment of ethnic diversity for executive leadership roles matching stated goals and objectives.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lack of transparency around pay bands and ranges which restrict you knowing the benchmarks and if you are compensated equitably to a counterpart doing equal work in the same role. Restrictions on percent of people able to receive ratings based on true performance

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The realization that we have a ways to go in being a culture of equality, but the conversations are being held, training is being offered and a good percent of employees want to see improvement in this space and are committed to supporting change
