Dont trust the system so can't answer the questions and I know that some of the comments will be traced back to me and I will be prosecuted for giving honest feedback. Once again I used to LOVE my job

I loved my job but due to constant attack I hate every moment

Great team spirt and advancing the rule of law is core to our value system.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I dont trust the survey and do not want to give a comment that can be trace back to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We had am amazing culture - but culture changed from selling value to selling revenue - we say things about physiological safety and customer centric but we are revenue centric
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New staff earn upto a 30% higher salary then staff thats loyal to the company and add value. Once again dont trust the system so can't say why and how I add more value.
