Excellent managers and segment leadership that are sometimes hampered by being stretched too thin. Senior leadership that seems to understand selling in our segment.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Inclusive, team oriented atmosphere. Highly knowledgeable

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Always something new. Very collaborative environment.

What makes you most happy at work?

Working with our customers, helping solve their problems.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Collaborative, competent, and customer oriented

What are some of the best things about your team?

Collaborative, intelligent, and driven. This is a great business in spite of C-suite mismanagement.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In the market I live in, I have routinely noticed better compensation for similar roles with lower qualifications.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Not sure what is defined as leadership team. Immediate segment leadership is great. They get what it takes to succeed in our segment. However, the leadership above does not give us with the resources (personnel, etc.) to succeed in our segment. We are spread far too thin and aren't built for growth.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It is simply not competitive, and we don't have the flexibility with our managers to offer raises to retain talent. Why would you incentivize me to leave this company to get a substantial raise? There is no consideration for developing a pool of talent here. This is MBA thinking at its worst.
