I've had great experiences for developing my career and personal growth. I love my job and have a wonderfully talented team. Overall, working in a global organisation our working hours can be long and I think salaries are on the low side but we do have great benefits.

It's a fantastic business, fast paced and exciting with engaged and intelligent team members. However, we're doing too much and lots of people are approaching burn out.

Very approachable. Model good behaviour.

Intelligent, ambitious, open minded, creative and lots of fun!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lower than market rates with small % pay rises YoY despite high revenue growth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
High performing, dedicated, hardworking, intelligent, care about the company, care about programs such as Rule of Law and ERG groups.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the changes we can bring to our customers day to day lives - when they get excited about our innovations. Also mentoring and developing my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great opportunities for career growth and personal development. Engaged and approachable senior management team. Wonderful co-workers. Desire to do more to help others in society (e.g. Rule of Law program).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think are pay rates are low in comparison to similar roles external to LexisNexis. Earlier this year I interviewed a person for a job in my team - they turned down the role as it turned out they were paid more than me! There is also a lot of pay disparity between regions for equivalent roles.
