What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working at home has been a challenge to separate work and home life. But when i went to the office briefly it just does not feel the same.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Taking on a new role the salary should be reviewed now not be waited to be reviewed. Team members that do the same job should get paid in the same region
