Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

No work environment is perfect. Having said that, I know working here is better than in my previous company (BPO). It has a much more acceptable pace, better benefits and work location is convenient.

What are some of the best things about your team?

supportive and we can speak freely

Work from Home set-up. Regular communication.

becoming more and more accepting on individual differences

What makes you most happy at work?

Opportunity for Learning and Recognition.

What makes you most happy at work?

salary, benefits, team, work accessibility

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Focused on the future, building the most reliable and stable company to ensure job security; not afraid to change; experimental

What are some of the best things about your team?

Very Open Communication; open to strategize, implement new ideas and just hear out opinions and suggestions. We can talk about non-work-related topics often and not feel guilty about it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

salary was only adjusted when I called out that my scoped increased and yet there were no salary adjustment/promotion. I am glad i was heard but i wonder for those who are unable to speak or defend themselves.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With the amount of work and level of expertise, I feel I deserve more that what I am receiving. I barely reached my target increase when I transferred here from a BPO. Regular feedback and discussions on career progression will help manage expectation moving forward.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I have not been with the company too long but so far I have had limited interactions with Mark, Shelle and Aya. They seem nice and genuinely interested with the employees welfare. I hope there will be more GENUINE and MEANINGFUL interactions with all of them when we go back to the office.
