My overall experience at the company is degrading over time. I have lost faith in the executive team. I don't believe that the executive team upholds the core values of the company. Particularly when it comes to "Valuing our people". Ultimately, it feels like they aren't in our corner
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I am contributing to the success of a product or a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is average - there is nothing special about it. There is no true view of what benefits we might have.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team need to do a better job at fighting the battles WITH us. Right now it feels like we are fighting AGAINST them; and they don't truly understand the problems faced in the teams.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to work remotely and still have meaningful / engaging discussions with coworkers. This is something that stands out to me. The ability to work from home is one of the reasons that is keeping me on at the company.
