Satisfying my customers and team. Being seen as someone who can help and get things done whether it be a major project or removing an obstacle for someone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

People in my same role without level of education make $25K more than I make. There are no regular compensation reviews. Merit increases are often skipped in favor of the appearance of making numbers.
