Overall, I love working for LexisNexis. My only complaint is the merit increases and lack of cost of living increases. I think if we could improve in those area's we would retain great employee's and it would make my job easier by having a happier team.

I'm pleased to work for LexisNexis. Overall its a wonderful place to work with wonderful people. My only complaint would be to improve merit and benefits to keep up with the economy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance goes up each year and I still have to pay lots of money out of pocket. Additional benefits like home office stipend or extra days off would also be nice. Additionally, the yearly merit is very low and hard to keep up with inflation cost
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay & yearly cost of living increases. I understand that we don't always have budget to get everyone a merit raise, however, we should be getting a cost of living increase each year. Love my job but it is hard to stay when I barely make more than my employee's under me.
