Today, there is a great divide between Management & Individual Contributors, & even between Managerial Levels. That divide is strengthened by competing processes & competing goals & lack of transparency between Sales, Consulting, Marketing, & Product Managers. Remote working has not helped at all.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My overall experience is a good one. The consistent in-house training and education through Workday is oddly welcome. Other companies do not provide such training and detail to keeping employees safe, educated, and aware.

Collaborative. Ego is checked at the door. Encouraging.

What makes you most happy at work?
I like Customer-facing interactions. This however is compromised by the amount of administrative documenting that must be submitted.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are too many hurdles to efficiency. There are no learning programs in place for New Hires; product training, process enablement, workflow.
