For my 20-plus years of experience, time with the company, size of the team I manage (multiple teams in fact) I am paid below industry standard.

The culture at Lexis is one of support and encouragement. My manager offer this to me and I try to offer it to my team as well. You can always come to colleagues with questions and find a helpful response or a recommendation. Lexis has a wonderful culture of mutual respect among co-workers.
