We have a diverse and inclusive culture at LN, which caters to a healthy working environment.

The majority of the team is always committed and engaged. They are always willing to assist and step-up when required.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The teams response to the Covid pandemic was truly amazing. Allowing work from home, ensuring all staff had the necessary equipment, and constant check-ins on individuals and teams mental health.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With loss of staff, remaining staff are expected to pick up the workload. Workloads are ever expanding and salary increases are very rare for the expanded workloads. Out of cycle increase never occur.
