I like the innovation. Things are never stale. They are engaged with their people and it really feels like that not only want your opinion, but they value it.

I like that my team is hungry to learn. They have such a drive to be the best. They are coachable and they want to perform for themselves, and their team.

We really like to celebrate the success of individual contributers which I love. Our group is creative and they plan fun things. The work/life balance is also great when you are an individual contributer

What makes you most happy at work?

I love to learn. I love when I get an opportunity to step outside of my comfort zone and work with other business units. Anytime I get to collaborate with someone outside of my segment, I am thrilled.

What makes you most happy at work?

It makes me the most happy when I can spend time coaching and encouraging my team instead of spending the entire day on customer escalations. I like being a part of the business and coming up with ideas to provide a good experiance for our customers

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like a higher base. I do A LOT of work that is outside the scope of my role. I look at my co-workers, who do half the amount of work I do, and it seems unfair that they make the same as me when I know I work much harder.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love that "aha" moment a rep has when something we have been working on finally comes together. Or when I suggest they do something to push themselves out of their comfort zone, they do it AND they learn something about themselves. I love being able to contribute to the success of others

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that the duties/responisbilites are not evenly divided. It sometimes feels like my group works a lot harder than others but is held to different standards for the same or less pay. We have a lot less resources than other groups so we do a lot of extra lifting and are not compensated for it

I feel like I work extremely hard for this company. I have developed a lot of the years and I know there are other companies that would align my duties/abilities better with my pay. It is hard to hear that people I know that are making so much more (outside of LN) but have half the work ethic I do

I feel undervalued because of my compensation. I truly want a carreer at LN but I feel like my willingness to get involved has been taken advantage of. I have made the moves I have bc I was told it would be best for my career. I have made a lot of sacrifices (like taking pay cuts) while the company
