I enjoy working here. The people and benefits are great, but after working here for over 4 years and having solid reviews, I was not given an interview for an internal latteral position that has been filled by people in my role in the past.

variable compensation is fair, but there should be a higher base.

They are very motivated and willing to help others out when needed. There is no "I" in team.

Each person brings a unique set of skills to the team. Learning from each other is the best way to broaden our skillsets.

We are provided with many choices to maximize the benefits we need. I have never worked for a firm that offers so many health insurance choices.

The company direction and goals are shared with us at the beginning of the year. They explain the competitive environment and show how these goals can be reached.

They keep you in the loop with company changes and goals. We have regular company-wide meetings disclosing actual results and realistic goals for the near and long term.

Variable compensation is based on a team approach. This encourages all of the team members to work together to make sure our territory has the best sales and service.

We employ people from a wide range of cultures at the company. People from different backgrounds bring different experiences and ideas. Sharing this information allows for better results.

I feel the work I do with my clients improves the ability to work with their clients. Giving access to needed information in a timely manner improves their efficiency and effectiveness with their clients.
