Very proud to work with my immediate team. We do excellent work under very limited resources. For me, the level of pay and the current hybrid working arrangement is an issue. I would like to see more flexiblilty with regard to the latter point.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary should reflect the market rate. Also, there should a 'pure' flexible working arrangment. Law firms are offering this for PSLs. We should be doing the same.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
For PSLs, to increase salaries in order to reflect market rates. Provide a 'pure' flexible working arrangment. They shoudl listen. I get the impression that the senior management team is not listening. Finally, the senior mangement team should follow through on initiatives.
