sales coming in, closing out my yearly goal, engaging with my teammates, building relationships with my customers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not paid based off the current market, which is why the good talent is leaving. Our salaries need to go up. I am a year over year performer and would like compensated for those efforts. Sales is not easy and especially after Covid.
