I think certain coworkers work well together and some don't

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I really like my manager who I report to directly

What makes you most happy at work?

I think that closing deals makes me most happy because it shows that my hard work is paying off.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I love working from home so I have a positive environment here. We have weekly meetings with our team and get together every once in a while for a get together in person

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think my base pay should be higher since I'm more tenured than many others in the organization. I understand that it is merit-based. However, one year it increased to an amount equal for everyone even those who joined the company years after me so it's my previous merit-based increases were wiped
