What do you like best about the leadership team?

Interaction is personal when I am able to communicate with them.

What makes you most happy at work?

The opportunity to achieve great things and have a positive outcome for our customers.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are a tight team with communication amongst my equals. However, there is still a divide between our direct managers and the team

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Company culture seems to be extremely positive, having said that there is a disconnect between what is relevant to my position and what is available to my position

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better pay structure, as other companies are now offering more in base salary. Also, the room for growth has not been addressed effectively from within the direct management staff.
