I see Lexis Nexis as a stable company
I like the company there's a lot happening which are positively challenging, I just feel though that often we tend to be reactive in our approach especially when it comes to employee retention initiatives.
Strategy to remain competitive and innovate
Engaged and up to the challenge
Some level of support received
Active engagement and promotion of a psychologically safe environment
When I get things done
Local leadership promotes Psychological Safety which allows for open communication
The company's Retirement Plan, other than that all seems average
We all try our best to support the company's overall strategy
Often fun environment, positively challenging especially if you like to learn
The team that I am part of are all engaging and cooperative
When I am able to accomplish my tasks and goals for the day
Most are engage in positive and productive discussion while others have misaligned objectives
When I get things done is when I am happiest and feel accomplished.
Consider scope and complexity of responsibilities, roles are often profiled the same regardless of its complexity.
I believe the compensation plan does not match the complexity of the role, blanket approach is being implemented when it comes to pay regardless of the depth and complexity of the job.
