I have been with the organization for 7 years this coming June. The ride has not always been smooth but overall, I am glad I had chosen to stay. I appreciate the culture as well as the quality of leaders I get to work with.

The partnerships and the work that comes in. Its never predictable. There is always a good amount of challenge and the need to be innovative

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not that I feel undervalued but there has been no progress in my career given that I have been in this same position for 5 years.

WHat makes me happy is the impact I am able to carry out as a result of what I do, including the development I provide to my direct reports.
