My colleagues genuinely cares and is more than willing to lend a helping hand. They will not hesitate to sharw product knowledge or insights that will help with customer engagement
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management needs to hear the opinions from the ground up. The sentiments from the public view us as good to have and not must have, on the product level and the price level. I really hope the management will put themselves in our shoes to deliver value to client, rather than number chasing.
